The PCMS solution includes functionality to build and maintain loyalty campaigns. By segmenting and analysing customer data, retailers can create personalised marketing campaigns to increase brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. When integrated to a customer relationship management (CRM) solution, retailers will have a single view of the customer, as personal information is kept in a central repository allowing them to select specific data sets. Customers can be targeted with offers or coupons based on set criteria such as location/proximity to store or geography, including additional custom external triggers. These offers and coupons can then be redeemed across the retailer’s entire omni-channel shopping estate to create a seamless integrated experience. A customisable reporting suite allows users to check effectiveness and uptake of offers to allow specific ongoing tailoring.

Using this approach we have integrated with a number of customer-specific and vendor-supplied loyalty systems including Omnico/Clarity, NCR Neolane, Symag CLL and SAP CRM.
